April 12th is celebrated as Chocolate Day – probably many of us mark this occasion, although not everyone is aware of it 😉
To celebrate this special day, together with the children from the Day Support Center in Mikołajowice, we read one of the stories included in the collection “Gorzka Czekolada” (Bitter Chocolate) – just to show that important matters do not always have to taste bitter. The story by Wojciech Cesarz, “Sztuka programowania” (The Art of Programming) tells about how difficult the art of friendship can be, but also that even if it sometimes tastes like bitter chocolate, there are simple ways to make it more varied and a little sweeter.
The children also had great ideas on how to depict a bar of chocolate with a touch of humor through their drawings 😉
