We would like to remind you that the interest clubs established at the Municipal Public Library in Wierzchosławice are active and planning upcoming meetings. We warmly invite everyone to participate!

Members of the Book Discussion Club meet once a month at the library to talk about the books they have read, while the Handicrafts Club brings together people interested in various artistic techniques—regardless of skill level. Check the upcoming meeting dates!

In December, the Book Discussion Club participants discussed the book Gotland by Mariusz Szczygieł, and in January they reviewed Entanglement by Zygmunt Miłoszewski. The next book to be discussed will be The King of Hearts on the Run Again by Hanna Krall. The meeting, which we warmly invite you to attend, will take place on February 18, 2011, at 4:00 p.m.

During Handicrafts Club meetings, participants present their work and share experiences related to crocheting, knitting, embroidery, and creating cards using the pergamano technique. Very soon, we plan to present an exhibition of these works in a virtual gallery.
